The Hunter was looking for the stars hanging above the Statue's head.
The thorns were deeply rooted in his skin.
He knows that when they retract, he will lose far too much blood.
He knows that when the stars come back, the Statue's skin will harden.
He is doomed to forever discover new grounds. He had only seen, until now, the thinnest outlines.
